Suitable for commercial jobs, this versatile tumbler is the C200-12 Rotary Rock Tumbler in the C-Series from Lortone (includes barrels).
Two separate 12-pound barrels double your capacity, and you can use each for different processes:
- For metal polishing, use separate barrels for deburring and polishing/buffing.
- For rock polishing, use separate barrels for grinding and polishing stages.
This drive uses the newly designed Lortone traction rollers and sealed bearings. The heavy-duty barrels are lined with neoprene rubber for quiet operation. Belt-driven shafts are guided by nylon rollers to assure proper alignment.
The overload protected 1/3 hp motor has an on/off switch, a three-prong power cord, and a reset button. 220 Volt to suit the Australian power supply.
Each 12 pound barrel can be used separately or you may choose to add the smaller 6 pound barrels for your smaller batches to make this a really versatile machine for any lapidary or metal-working workshop. All-steel construction means serious commercial production. This tumbler base can also run two x 20 pound barrels or one x 40 pound barrel so you have lots of options.
