In the unlikely event that a purchase needs to be returned or exchanged, please follow the procedure outlined below to ensure fast attention to your needs:
- Before returning any item, please visit the contact page and fill in your details, including your order number.
- Please provide the reasons for requesting a product return or exchange.
- Your request for a product return or exchange will be actioned by us within 24 hours once we receive your enquiry
Please note that items being returned for exchange, or credit, must be in the original packing and in the condition in which they were shipped.
Products cannot be accepted for exchange or credit without proof of purchase.
All requests for product exchange or credit must be received within 30 days of purchase.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure safe return delivery of all products being returned to us for exchange or credit.

Please note the following undertakings:
- Product warranty cover is provided against faulty materials or manufacture.
- To ensure our efficient response to all warranty requirements, warranty claims require an Authorisation Number.
- All warranty claims must be received within 12 month of the original date of purchase.
